I have the qualifications and skills, with 25 years experience behind me to help you in your real estate needs.

I am a local licensed broker. Only 4% of all Realtors nationwide have the CRS requirements. I hold the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute)  designations.

I specialize in residential properties, working with first time home buyers, 2nd home buyers, and new homes working with builders.

My main market place is Tampa Bay areas, including Palm Harbor, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, most all bay gulf beach communities.

 I am a member of the Greater Tampa Board of Realtors and Certified Residential Specialist.
